What You'll Do:
Reporting to the Manager, your main responsibilities will support the daily operations of our busy office as well as broader Real Estate activities. In this role, you will undertake a variety of important tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Key duties include:
- Be the first point of contact for clients, welcoming walk-ins, answering phones, and keeping the front counter and meeting rooms professional and presentable
- Support the Property Management team day to day by monitoring the rental enquiry and accounts inboxes, scanning and filing documents, and attaching supplier quotes in Property Tree
- Conduct routine inspections where applicable and support the team with follow-ups and administration
- Keep the office running smoothly by managing keys and key audits, direct debits, vault enquiries, PO Box checks, and ordering stationery and office supplies
- Get involved in the weekly rhythm of the business by updating window cards and posting weekly rental opens and House of the Week on Facebook
What You'll Bring:
- Valid driver’s license
- A passion for real estate and keen interest to learn
- Self-motivation to meet all deadlines and be proactive as tasks arise
- Previous experience prioritising conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with social media, advertising, banking, expense processing and other administrative tasks are highly advantageous
- Professional manner with excellent verbal and written skills
- The ability to grasp new internal systems easily
- Previous experience working within a team setting
