We currently have a great opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join our team.
This opportunity, Senior Property Portfolio Manager, is ideal for you, if you have exceptional attention-to-detail, and a demonstrated focus and proven capabilities on continual process improvement, if this is you, then apply to join our Bordertown team. The Senior Property Manager will also oversee and assist the Keith PM Team.
About the opportunity:
Your main responsibilities will be to manage the residential & commercial properties including:
- Property inspections
- Tenant enquiries
- Processing tenancy applications
- Trust accounting
- Manage rental arrears
- Property maintenance
- Regular contact with landlords
- Facilitating landlord statements
- Lead and guide the Keith PM team
- Creditor payments
About you:
Applicants with prior Property Management experience, who are well presented, have a desire to learn, a friendly but professional communication style and experience with the Property Tree program will be at a distinct advantage. A valid driver’s license and reliable motor vehicle is essential to this role, and candidates will require a current Property Manager’s Licence in SA.
