What You'll Do:
We’re looking for a driven Sales Merchandise team member who is passionate about agriculture to join our Bridgewater branch on a permanent basis. Servicing a mix of cropping, dairy, livestock and vineyard clients, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a thriving local ag community. A typical day may look like:
- Build strong relationships with farmers, producers and trade customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone
- Operate registers and process sales orders
- Replenish stock, merchandise and prepare orders for delivery
- Respond to product and pricing queries
- Keep the store clean, friendly and professionally presented
What You'll Bring:
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- A passion for agriculture and customer service, with a positive, can-do attitude
- Confidence using computers and systems (SAP experience highly desirable)
- A self-motivated and reliable approach, comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- A current driver's licence, a forklift ticket is also desirable
