What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Merchandise Manager, you’ll play a key role in building strong customer relationships. You’ll support a diverse customer base—including local farmers, primary producers, and trade clients—by delivering a memorable experience both in‑store and over the phone while:

• Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods
• Assisting customers with pricing and product queries
• Processing counter sales
• Maintaining safety processes
• Assisting with merchandise campaign material
• Maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environment
• Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries

What You'll Bring:

You’re someone who brings a strong customer service focus, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to think creatively to get the job done. You also have a genuine passion for Australian farming and agriculture, ideally supported by knowledge of animal health and rural merchandise. In addition, you will demonstrate:

• Experience working within a sales environment
• Effective written and verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships
• Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
