Queensland Rural have been providing outstanding Livestock and Real Estate services to Northern and Western Queensland since 2009 With our offices positioned in both Charters Towers and Atherton we are seeking full-time Livestock and Real Estate Administration personnel to be based out of our Charters Towers Office.  

 

We pride ourselves on being a supportive, flexible, family-oriented business, where employees feel a sense of ease and belonging, with our main focus of business being Cattle Sale transactions and Rural Property Sales.  To apply you will need to be a cheerful and very organised energetic person and must be able to work in a team environment. 

 

What You'll Do:

 

  • Professionally answer and direct queries on telephone and email. 
  • Ensuring prompt and accurate entering and processing of Livestock Sales and Purchases
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Debtor Control
  • Social media and advertising content
  • Website maintenance
  • Using Real Estate/Property listing services 
  • Preparing Real Estate and Livestock forms, contracts, reports and correspondence 
  • General Livestock/Real Estate administration duties and ad hoc tasks, including filing and storage of documents
  • Regular general office and amenities cleaning

What You'll Bring:

 

  • Good computer skills. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive and Teams 
  • Experience with social media and advertising platforms; Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Mailchimp and Canva
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Be an energetic, committed and motivated individual
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Commitment to honesty, integrity and strict confidentiality, at all times
  • Must be willing and able to travel away, if and when required 
  • Availability to work after hours and weekends, at times will be required; some tasks may be able to be completed remotely
  • Current Driver’s License preferred
