What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Merchandise Manager, you will play a key role in the day‑to‑day operations of the branch, including:

• Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods
• Assisting customers with pricing and product queries
• Processing counter sales
• Maintaining safety processes
• Maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environment
• Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries

What you’ll have:

• Passionate about agriculture and customer service with a positive, can-do attitude
• Computer savvy and confident using systems
• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team
• Current driver’s licence required, forklift ticket desirable
