We are currently seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Support Administrator to join our Cootamundra team on a part-time basis (approximately 22–24 hours per week). Offering flexibility around your working hours, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about supporting both customers and the wider branch team. 

 

What You'll Do:

 

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this key role provides comprehensive sales and administrative support to our Cootamundra branch while delivering exceptional customer service to our valued agricultural clients. Key responsibilities will include: 

 

  • Managing a broad range of administrative tasks, including livestock sales processing, debtors, accounts receivable and payable, stock control, ordering, receipting and dispatch
  • Providing exceptional customer service by assisting with enquiries, product information and counter sales as required
  • Coordinating the receival, dispatch and distribution of stock and deliveries
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety procedures
  • Supporting the wider branch team with day-to-day operational activities and stepping in wherever needed to ensure the smooth running of the business
  • Contributing to a positive team environment with a hands-on attitude and a willingness to assist across all aspects of branch operations  

What You'll Bring:

 

To succeed in this role, you'll bring experience in a team support or administration position within a fast-paced environment, along with a genuine passion for Australian agriculture. You’ll be highly organised, customer focused and adaptable, with a willingness to support all aspects of branch operations. In addition, you will demonstrate: 

 

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Excellent organisational, time management and administrative skills
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach and a willingness to assist wherever needed to support branch success
  • The ability to manage competing priorities while delivering outstanding customer service
  • A Forklift licence is desirable (or be willing to obtain)
