Why Nutrien Ag Solutions?

If you want a career that makes a difference, then come work with us at Nutrien where your purpose for coming to work every day is real and impactful - Going Further for Australian farmers.

Every day we make an impact and help build a more sustainable and profitable farming industry. We are a local employer, with a local heartbeat, and global resources. So, you will know you are part of something meaningful because you will be connected to the communities that you know so well, making a difference to the lives of our customers and suppliers.

At Nutrien Ag Solutions, we’re going further for Aussie farmers. As the Branch Manager of our Dalby branch, you’ll step into a well‑established rural retail and service hub spanning across Merchandise, Fertiliser, Livestock, Real Estate, Insurance and Finance. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive business growth, lead a high‑performing team, and make a meaningful impact across the local agricultural community.

What You'll Do:

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll take the lead in building strong relationships with local producers while driving sales across agricultural products and merchandise. You’ll mentor, support, and develop your team to deliver professional, efficient, and high‑quality service - both in‑store and out in the field.

This key role plays a fundamental part in supporting one of Australia’s most productive cotton growing regions. Our Dalby Branch works closely with extensive irrigated and dryland farming systems across both summer and winter crop programs, backed by a large and experienced agronomy team. The region is also home to Queensland’s second‑largest cattle selling centre and is a major hub for numerous feedlots - offering significant opportunities to strengthen livestock engagement and expand market presence.

What You'll Bring:

You’re commercially savvy, with a strong track record of driving sales across agricultural products. Self‑motivated and improvement‑focused, you excel at building deep, trusted partnerships with clients and key stakeholders. You’re skilled at identifying new business opportunities and bring the leadership capability needed to guide, support, and develop your team to achieve success.

What You'll Get:

  • Competitive remuneration package
  • Access to incentive programs
  • Company vehicle
  • Purchased leave scheme benefits
  • Additional paid Nutrien Day each year
  • Gender-neutral parental leave policy
  • Supportive, flexible, and engaging environment
  • Opportunities to contribute to our community partnerships
  • Ongoing professional training and development
  • A culture of learning and growth
