What You'll Do:
- Front-of-house merchandise sales and customer service
- Serving agricultural customers with chemical, fertiliser, and seed requirements
- Packaging, bagging, blending, and loading fertiliser products
- Loading and unloading customer and company trucks
- Supporting seed treatment and fertiliser treatment operations
- General warehouse and yard duties
- Opportunity to grow within the business and develop leadership responsibilities
What You'll Bring:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Problem-solving mindset
- Strong customer service focus
- Computer literacy
- Forklift licence (not essential but willing to acquire)
- Medium Rigid (MR) truck licence (not essential but willing to acquire)
