Sales Support Irrigation - Dalby

What You'll Do:

This is a retail-based position supporting our irrigation department. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing product advice, processing sales, and supporting the irrigation team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing counter sales and customer service for irrigation products.
• Assisting customers with product selection, quotes, and basic irrigation enquiries.
• Processing sales orders, invoicing, and payments.
• Supporting the irrigation team with job preparation, parts, and paperwork.
• Managing stock, including receipting, restocking, and maintaining product displays.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe retail and work area.
• Upholding safety standards and delivering professional service.
• Participating in the rotating Saturday roster.
• Assisting with general duties around the store as required.
• Supporting all teams outside of the irrigation department as required.

What You'll Bring:

You are customer-focused, organised, and enjoy working in a team environment. You may already have experience in rural retail, irrigation, plumbing, or hardware—or you may be keen to learn.

You will also demonstrate:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• A practical mindset and willingness to learn irrigation products.
• Basic computer skills and confidence using POS systems.
• A safety-first attitude and strong work ethic.
