There is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic & passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Nutrien Ag Solutions team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in both the development and execution of marketing priorities and providing essential support to the broader marketing team. This role requires a deep understanding of hands-on digital marketing techniques, content management, and the ability apply data-driven insights into business relevant recommendations. 

The successful candidate will need strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across a complex business structure is highly regarded. A creative thinker who is calm under deadline pressures and has a positive ‘can-do’ attitude to join our team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Execute project deliverables and manage timelines as required
• Demonstrating excellent stakeholder management, internally & externally
• Support the marketing team to execute digital campaigns across owned channels
• Partner with external platform vendors (i.e. Monday.com) to understand functionality that exists that can be leveraged to deliver improved outcomes for Marketing and the broader Nutrien business
• Usage and governance audit of Digital Marketing specific platforms (i.e. GA4, GTM, Monday.com, etc.)
• Undertake stakeholder analysis and develop change and communications plan
• Step change website CMS capabilities in corporate network through training and communications
• Coordinate and implement digital updates (copy, landing pages, forms, online surveys, events) to support Nutrien Ag Solutions’ marketing strategies and business objectives
• Manage content calendars and requests on our owned channels
• Coordinate with external paid media partners and other external vendors for campaign and general digital marketing reporting
