We are currently seeking a professional and self-motivated HR Services Advisor to join our Docklands team on a full-time basis. In this role you will provide day to day administrative services to the business and broader HR team.

 

What You'll Do:

The role involves completion of administration relevant to the employee lifecycle including but not limited to;

  • Generation of employment contracts and administration of the induction process for new starters; 
  • Complete all administration required for existing employees who change their role or terms and conditions of employment
  • Attending to general HR enquiries and guiding employees and internal stakeholders in line with relevant policies, procedures or as per their aware/agreement and relevant legislation.
  • As a proficient user of the HRIS system, you will guide, educate and support managers with online workflow processes, and other HRIS activity that relates to the employee life cycle.
  • You will also maintain the integrity of HR files, records and data, coordinating the resolution of errors and data issues within the HRIS and payroll system where required
  • Collaborate closely with the HR Business Partnering, Talent Attraction and Payroll teams
  • As a member of the Global HR Advisory team, you may be required to attend global meetings and participate in project work as assigned from time to time

What You'll Bring:

  • Demonstrated success in a similar HR administrative role within a medium/large corporate environment
  • Knowledge of employment contracts, awards/agreements and relevant legislation
  • Very strong customer focus
  • Experience in a role that requires close attention to detail
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills – both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Previous experience with SuccessFactors (or similar HRIS) and Service Now is highly desirable.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field is preferrable.
