We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Head of Corporate & Institutional Transactions – Real Estate to join the Team.
The primary objective of this senior role is to grow and then maintain Nutrien’s market share in the large-scale primary production asset sales sector. Proactively develop effective multi-level and multi-activity relationships with key clients by delivering exceptional customer service. Working directly in the end-to-end management and negotiation of sales transactions, as well as aiding the national network of regionally based real estate agents, in generating and completing transactions within the sector.
About the Opportunity:
Reporting to the General Manager Nutrien Harcourts, the role is focused on operating Nationally to identify parties wishing to divest and invest in institutional grade primary production assets, creating on and off market transactions.
- Generate commissions from listing and selling primary productions assets
- Generate commissions from working closely with the Nutrien regional network of real estate agents
- High level negotiation skills requirement
- Ability to operate in multiple settings from paddock to board room.
- Develop extensive relationships with institutional investors in agriculture, including international investment funds, domestic asset managers, and large-scale family farming entities and enterprises.
- Bring extensive knowledge of Australian farmland values, on both a relative and economic basis to customers.

- Advanced market intelligence on industry trends, marketing trends, competitor activities and strategies, etc. Ability to work autonomously and within a small team
- Superior customer service and communications skills
- Appropriate Real Estate Licensing
- The ability to explain decisions and actions to others in terms of their contribution to organisational objectives
- Experience with SAP & advanced excel software reporting systems.
