What You'll Do:
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the focus of this role is to provide brokers with efficient support to ensure the ongoing growth of the portfolio. In addition, you will:
- Assist in the preparation and administration of all insurance related documentation.
- Provides exemplary customer service to Nutrien insurance clients when dealing with them.
- Processing all orders, invoicing, reconciliations, debtor follow ups and an array of ad hoc tasks.
- Develop your market knowledge and expertise in domestic and commercial insurance.
- Boost retention and generating new business, by leveraging strategy information and managing contract reviews and midterm changes.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven administration experience within insurance, with confidence supporting end-to-end insurance operations.
- High attention to detail, with a hands-on, proactive approach.
- Clear written and verbal communication and confidence working with brokers and clients.
- Ability to juggle priorities, meet deadlines and stay organised across multiple tasks.
- Tier 1, Diploma of General Insurance/ANZIIF and familiarity with insurance products and broking systems are highly regarded.
