About the Opportunity:
We are currently on the lookout for a skilled Administrator to join our team on a 12-month contract to cover the role of our Learning Advisor, whilst the current incumbent is on parental leave. This is a part-time opportunity, working 3 to 3.5 days per week and we are 100% flexible on the location of the position. You can be based in any of our Offices throughout Australia, or even fully remote for the right candidate. Whilst travel will not be frequent requirement, some travel within Australia may be required from time to time.
Reporting into the Global Learning & Development Manager, the Learning Advisor will support the implementation and execution of employee development workshops, programs and adhoc projects, including learning support functions, content design and support, and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS).
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide learning support to the Employee Learning & Development team including but not limited to organizing training emails, venues, catering, assessment tools, printing participant guides, and confirmation of participants and registrations.
- Manage the LMS to ensure accurate and complete assignment of e-learning modules.
- Record completion of employee learning and personal development on the LMS and enable managers to download training reports to assist in the compliance and record keeping.
- Provide project management support to the team.
- Prepare, update and refresh the Employee Learning and Development Catalogue.
- Assist the team with the account payable activities, including coding expenses, reports, and other expense management activities.
- Support the team with content creation and training development.
- Manage and maintain the learning and development intranet page to ensure visibility of, and access to, development offerings.
About You:
- Previous administration experience within a large corporate company.
- Previous L&D or HR Administrative experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong administrative, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Experience building relationships with various stakeholders and be customer focused
- Strong computer literacy skills, ideally with experience in some or all of the following systems; MS Teams & Outlook, SAP SuccessFactors, Canva, Powerpoint or other design tools.
- A qualification in HR and/or Training & Development would be considered an asset.
