As part of our commitment to investment in and prioritisation of our Proprietary business, we are taking steps to strengthen this part of our operations and are currently recruiting for an experienced National Adjuvants Portfolio Manager to join our growing team.
About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Loveland Agri Products Business Lead, the National Adjuvants Portfolio Manager will develop and execute strategy for the Adjuvants Product Portfolio consistent with Loveland’s long-term direction for Australia.
Key responsibilities include:
• Partner with Loveland research/sales personnel, industry contacts, and Nutrien personnel to accurately assess market conditions and manage the Loveland Adjuvants portfolio
• Provide technical support & training to Field Team & Sales Staff
• Work closely with the sales and tech service group to validate product performance, both new and old, and implement marketing field trials designed to strengthen our overall marketing messages
• Provide financial analysis for the product line with timely and accurate forecasts, as well as analysing the current line to determine portfolio rationalization opportunities
• Identify and implement new promotional tactics to increase awareness and market share for the adjuvants product line
About You:
• Significant relevant experience in the agricultural industry
• Proven technical agronomic experience
• Sound technical understanding of adjuvants is a distinct advantage
• Strong sales and business development ability with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, coupled with the ability to build strong relationships with both customers and stakeholders
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to prepare and present reports to key stakeholders
• Strong computer literacy skills and comfort with the MS Office suite of products.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively and seasonally
• Must hold a full unrestricted Australian driver’s licence.
