We are now seeking an experienced Remuneration Manager to join our Global Total Rewards Centre of Excellence on a full-time permanent basis and lead the charge in designing and delivering impactful compensation strategies across Australia.
About the Role:
- Be a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and leaders, providing expert guidance on all things remuneration—from base pay to incentive programs.
- Influence compensation design and planning of compensation, profit sharing and sales plans, policies, and procedures to meet the business needs and maintain alignment with global policies and practices
- Manage the annual compensation process, including merit budget, base pay, and variable compensation through effective collaboration with the broader compensation team, and delivery with respective HRBPs.
- Influence annual compensation survey participation, participate in benchmarking processes, and market data analysis by representing the HRBPs and business needs.
- Drive strategic initiatives to reduce the gender pay gap in alignment with WGEA best practices and Nutrien’s DE&I goals.
- Represent Australia in global compensation initiatives and collaborate with North American and LATAM counterparts on benefits and rewards.
- Lead and mentor a small team of compensation professionals, fostering a culture of transparency, safety, and continuous improvement.
About You:
- Significant relevant experience in a Senior Compensation or Rewards role, with deep knowledge of Australian employment and remuneration practices and legislation.
- Proven experience with WGEA reporting and gender pay gap analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS systems like SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to execute operationally in a matrixed, global organisation.
