What You'll Do:
In this role, you’ll work with our global team to help strengthen our security posture, taking ownership of key cybersecurity platforms and driving a proactive vulnerability management program. Some of the ways you’ll make an impact include:
- Operate and maintain critical cybersecurity tools and platforms to support strong security monitoring and defence capability
- Lead the end-to-end vulnerability management process including scanning, analysis, prioritisation and reporting
- Investigate and resolve issues across security platforms, escalating to vendors where required
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to align tools, support remediation and improve security outcomes
- Translate vulnerability findings into practical remediation guidance and track progress through to validation
- Support the development and deployment of new security capabilities, upgrades and process improvements
- Prepare clear reporting on vulnerability trends, platform health and risk metrics for stakeholders and leaders
- Participate in a rotating on-call roster to support major incidents and service outages when needed
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years' experience in cybersecurity, IT security operations or a related field with strong exposure to vulnerability management
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, vulnerability assessment methods and risk prioritisation frameworks such as CVSS
- Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across security tools, systems and network environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings clearly to a range of stakeholders
- Experience working with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues and improve security capability
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, Security+ or experience with scripting and automation would be highly regarded
