Are you passionate about Australian farming and agriculture? Elevate your career with us! We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our Dubbo branch as a full-time permanent Sales Support for Merchandise & Fertiliser.

About the Opportunity: 

•    Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with local farmers, primary producers, and trade customers, ensuring a memorable experience both in-store and over the phone.
•    Operations & Administration: Manage stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching with precision and efficiency.
•    Merchandise/Fertiliser Sales & Support: Process merchandise/fertiliser sales and help with all daily queries. You’ll also support with accounts payable for freight and fertiliser. 
•    Store Management: Ensure our store is welcoming, friendly, and always well-presented while maintaining safety processes.

We’re looking for someone with a proactive approach to work and is willing to go the extra mile to support our branch, branch network and customers. 

About You: 

We are seeking an individual who thrives in a team environment and exudes a positive, can-do attitude. You will focus on safety while executing your role with precision. The perfect candidate will have solid experience in sales, inventory and stock control and possess the ability to handle pressure gracefully. 
Essential requirements include a current driver’s license. A forklift ticket and an HR licence will be seen as advantageous, you must be willing to obtain a forklift ticket.
