We are currently offering a rewarding opportunity for an Assistant Relationship Manager to join our small but highly successful team in Queensland.

About the opportunity:

The key focus of the role is to support the management of an existing portfolio of finance facilities to deliver exceptional service and solutions for our customers. In this role you will have a high level of exposure to clients and play a key role within the Finance team. You will also gain great exposure to the credit and analytical elements of this team and the opportunity to communicate with customers daily.

More specifically, you will:

• Assist the Relationship Manager to manage an existing portfolio of large finance transactions that enable retail sales to high value agribusiness customers
• Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the loan portfolio
• Complete periodic reviews for existing clients by preparing concise, accurate and timely credit submissions to ensure credit quality is maintained
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders including Sales, Credit and Support, promoting an in depth understanding of the customer loan portfolio to deliver business objectives
• Be exposed to large and complex farm finance transactions that will ultimately boost your career and keep things interesting

• You’ll demonstrate financial smarts and bring impressive capability in customer portfolio support, credit risk assessment and writing – you’ll need this to hit the ground running.
