What You'll Do:
Reporting to the Regional Category Planner, you will provide the highest level of category support to the Northeast Regional merchandise team with a focus on analysis, pricing, forecasting, and reporting. In addition, you will perform a range of key functions including:

- Managing inventory for merchandise, including overseeing inventory exchange programs and excess stock movement throughout the branch and store network.
- Perform inventory analysis and reporting specific to merchandise products
- Develop and coordinate regional merchandise forecasts for the ag chemical and animal health portfolio.
- Purchasing, sales and financial reporting across all merchandise segments.
- Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist the pricing co-ordinator in loading branch price books
- Assist the regional category team in implementing merchandise strategies to achieve KPI’s
What You'll Bring:
We welcome applications from candidates with a range of backgrounds. While experience in inventory administration or a related role, will be highly regarded, it’s not essential. If you’re eager to learn and demonstrate the following, we’d love to hear from you:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical reasoning abilities
- The ability to quickly build rapport with key stakeholders across a diverse business
- A customer-first mindset and a drive for excellence and accuracy in your work
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and exposure to SAP (or keen to develop these skills)
