We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our Emerald team as a Storeperson/Truck Driver, supporting our customers across the Central Highlands region. Â
Â
What You'll Do:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring goods receivable, deliveries and inventory are managed safely, efficiently and on time, while providing a high level of service to our customers. This is a varied and hands-on role, with responsibilities including:Â
Â
- On-farm deliveriesÂ
- Loading and unloading trucks, and managing dispatch and receivals
- Ensure all orders are picked & packed within a timely manner and delivered as per customer requirements
- Forklift operation
- Providing friendly, helpful customer service
- Managing inventory, goods receipting, dispatch and associated paperwork
- Maintain a safe, clean and professionally presented warehouse
- Maintaining strong safety practices across all tasks Â
What You'll Bring:

- A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal communication skills to build strong, long-term customer relationships
- A reliable and positive attitude that supports a great team culture
- Full drivers’ licence 
- Forklift ticket and HR licence are required
- A focus on safety for yourself and your workmates
