What You'll Do:

We currently have the opportunity for a fulltime Storeperson to join our Forrestdale team. Reporting to the Warehouse & Procurement Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring orders are received and dispatched for delivery safely and on time. Tasks are varied and will include:

• Performing general administrative tasks including, stock control, dispatch, and delivery of goods
• Unloading stock from trucks
• Operation of forklift
• Check and receive stock in and out of store
• Maintain the presentation of the branch and keep shelves full of product for display and sale
• Be proactive in keeping site clean and safe
• Processing counter sales through POS
• Maintaining safety processes

What You'll Bring:

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment. In addition, you will demonstrate:

• A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
• Forklift licence is ideal, and drivers’ licence is essential
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships
• Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
