What You'll Do:
Â
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will provide sales and administrative support across a range of branch operations, including:
Â
- Performing general administrative tasks such as managing debtors, accounts receivable/payable, stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching goods
- Assisting customers with pricing enquiries and product information
- Processing counter sales through POS systems
- Maintaining and promoting safe work practices
- Supporting merchandise campaigns and in-store promotions
- Providing general administrative support to the branch team
- Loading/unloading trucks and assisting with dispatch and deliveries
- Participating in a rotating roster, including one Saturday morning per month

To succeed in this role, you will bring experience working in a fast-paced team environment, along with a genuine interest in Australian agriculture. You will also demonstrate:

- A proactive, hands-on approach and strong organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Sound problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- The initiative to identify and improve internal processes
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A current driver’s licence required and forklift ticket (strongly preferred)
