Join our Geraldton CRT store as an On Road Sales Representative.

 

About the opportunity:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, working predominantly on the road, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing an existing base of customers in the region across the rural segment, together with driving new business to increase sales revenue. 

 

In addition, you will:

  • Provide knowledge and support to both existing and new customers.
  • Processing sales order administration, stock control, preparing orders for delivery, store merchandising and branch transfers.
  • Provide customer service and be the primary contact for key clients regarding product pricing, logistic organisation and product availability.
  • Provide a proactive solution-based approach to resolving customer issues.
  • Create ongoing relationships with new and existing clients.

 

About You:

To be successful, you must demonstrate:

  • Previous success in a similar sales or business development role.
  • The ability to develop solid and long-term customer relationships.
  • Efficient customer service skills.
  • You prefer to adopt a structured approach to your sales activity.
  • Gain satisfaction from converting prospects into new business.
  • An agricultural background is preferred.

 

You must have a clean and current driver’s licence.

  • The positive relationships you develop with our customers and employees.
  • Your ability to identify new opportunities for business.
  • Increasing sales and revenue for the branch.
