Property Portfolio Manager & Residential Sales – Davidson Cameron & Co Guyra

 

Join Davidson Cameron & Co Guyra as a Property Portfolio Manager & Residential Salesperson, where you’ll be an integral part of our supportive, flexible team. You’ll manage a diverse residential property portfolio and actively contribute to the growth of our residential sales business—all while building strong relationships with owners, tenants, and buyers.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage routine property inspections and prepare detailed reports for landlords
  • Organise, advertise, and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants and buyers
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end residential sales, from prospecting to settlement
  • List and market residential properties for sale, working closely with sellers to achieve successful outcomes
  • Negotiate sales and lease agreements with professionalism and integrity
  • Proactively monitor rental arrears, prepare property condition and bond inspection reports
  • Oversee timely maintenance and refurbishments by liaising with owners and tradespeople
  • Compile monthly performance reports for management
  • Conduct credit and reference checks, lodge insurance claims, and undertake rental reviews
  • Take initiative in prospecting, appraising, and listing residential properties, growing our sales pipeline

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • Robust knowledge of the Real Estate/Property Management industry
  • A current Real Estate Certificate or Licence, or willingness to obtain one
  • Demonstrated sales acumen, especially in listing, marketing, and selling residential properties
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
  • High levels of organisation and computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel)
  • Proven teamwork and service excellence; current Driver’s Licence
