Storeperson - Innisfail

What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day‑to‑day operation of the warehouse. This is a varied, hands‑on role that will see you involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, including:

• Managing stock, including picking and packing orders
• Receiving, dispatching, and delivering goods
• Overseeing inventory control and stock accuracy
• Operating a forklift
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Preparing orders for delivery
• Processing counter sales
• Completing general administrative tasks related to warehouse operations
• Upholding and championing workplace health and safety practices
• Performing other duties as required to support the branch

What You'll Bring:

To be successful in this role, you’ll have experience working in a fast‑paced warehouse or team support environment, along with a genuine enthusiasm for Australian agriculture. You’ll also bring:

• Previous warehouse experience
• A proactive approach with strong organisational and time‑management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Clear communication skills to support strong internal teamwork and customer relationships
• A valid driver’s licence and current forklift licence (essential)
