We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for full-time permanent Sales Support Merchandise to join our Kadina branch to help drive instore sales of our agricultural merchandise products.

What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Branch Manager you will focus on developing strong customer relationships. Our customer base is broad and can include local farmers, primary producers and trade customers and the focus of your role is to provide memorable experiences for all customers either in store or over the telephone whilst:

 

  • Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods
  • Assisting customers with pricing and product queries
  • Processing counter sales
  • Maintaining safety processes
  • Assisting with merchandise campaign material
  • Maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environment
  • Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries
