A rare opportunity for a Real Estate Agent/salesperson to join our established team based in Keith has become available. Prior experience in Real Estate and a current SA (RSR/RLA) registration is essential.
Here is a great opportunity for a driven Real Estate Sales professional to join our Keith team.
What You'll Do:
With a well-established market presence and existing goodwill, you will perform a hands-on role where you will:
- Work collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders to source leads, drive listings and sales of rural, residential and lifestyle properties in Keith and surrounding areas.
- You will ensure that a high level of customer service and support is delivered to all customers throughout the sales process and ongoing post sale.
- Manage buyer enquiries, perform property appraisals and negotiate agreements.
- Working collaboratively within our Keith business, you will build market intelligence to develop sales and marketing strategies that are relevant to the local market.
- Be focused on maintaining all industry compliance and legislative requirements in every aspect of the role.
What You'll Bring:
- To be successful, you will demonstrate the ability to engage with and build solid, long-term customer relationships and success achieving optimal outcomes for both sellers and buyers.
- You will be a self-motivated salesperson, strong negotiator and driven to succeed and achieve tangible results.
- Your previous success selling real estate is ideally developed within the rural and lifestyle segments.
- Commercially savvy in your approach, professional in your presentation, you demonstrate integrity in all your dealings.
- Hold a current sales representative registration or real estate agent licence.
