About the Role:
We currently have a 12-month contract available for a Customer Service Manager to support our Fertiliser team. Reporting to the Head of Fertiliser - WA, your focus will be on delivering quality customer service to all internal and external customers and stakeholders. You will ensure your key performance indicators are met, providing support to our operational teams whilst ensuring your team always maintains the highest level of customer service.
Additionally, you will;
- Motivate, train and lead the 6 – 9 customer service team members
- Manage, maintain and update process manuals
- Collaboration on IT projects that directly relate to customer service processes
- IT Support to the operational teams
- Maintain a high level of accuracy across all data entry points
- Accurate and timely processing of sales contracts
- Daily, weekly & monthly reporting
- Customer & stakeholder assistance with accounts enquiries.
- Timely invoicing of confirmed dispatches to ensure accurate position at all times
- Liaise with operational teams, for bookings, delays, and product & dispatch discrepancies
- Maintain excellent working relationships with sales, operations and the broader network teams
- Oversee and approve credits & recharges, where applicable
- Request stock adjustments where applicable
About You:
You must demonstrate a passion for customer service, strong leadership skills and problem solving as well as a positive approach and the determination to succeed. You will have proven experience in a previous order fulfillment role and ideally have an interest in farming, and/or agriculture. You will be a self-motivated person capable of nurturing and sustaining strong customer relationships with the ability to follow through and “get the job done” in a fast-paced environment. Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel is essential and your previous experience using SAP will be highly advantageous.
