Exciting opportunity to join our team to assist in the day-to-day administration of our production facility to help meet our strategic goals and assists in the overall successful positioning of the manufacturing group in Loveland Agi products.

This role will be initially based in our Docklands office but relocate to our new facilities in Laverton towards the end of the year.

 

About the opportunity:

  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to investigate / resolve issues whilst ensuring quality control
  • Ensure agreed inventory management principles are followed
  • Oversee ad-hoc requirements and rework as necessary
  • Assist with compliance of dangerous goods for storage and transport

 

A typical day may look like:

  • Assisting in ensuring all raw material and packaging are procured to the production plan
  • Being involved with price comparing activities
  • Assist in the active management of inventory levels when required
  • Tracking of incoming goods to ensure they meet the production plan
  • Maintenance of relevant quality documentation, other reasonable tasks which will assist the overall production facility success

About You:

  • Proven experience in manufacturing, distribution centre administration, or related roles
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • SAP Experience preferrable
  • Understanding of Dangerous Goods classifications
