We’re currently looking for a Production Administration Officer to join our manufacturing team at our new state-of-the-art facility in Laverton North. In this hands-on role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the production team coordinating documentation, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth communication between the production office and floor.

A typical day may look like:

• Issuing batch documents for production
• Processing batch records accurately and in a timely manner
• Creating, maintaining, and closing process orders in SAP
• Preparing daily production reports
• Assisting with stock management, reconciliation, and stocktake
• Supporting safety initiatives and promoting a safety-first culture
• Coordinating between the Production Office and Production Floor
• Ensuring raw materials and packaging are available on site according to the production plan

A little about you:

• Experienced in production or manufacturing support
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
• Effective communicator with solid stakeholder engagement
• Skilled in managing priorities and driving process improvements
• Committed to contributing to Australian agriculture and manufacturing
