What you’ll do

As the Administration Manager at our Albury branch, you’ll be the go-to person for client account management and financial processing, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery. You will also lead a small, experienced team of administrators.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage client account setup and ongoing maintenance
• Perform financial transactions and system entries using SAP
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
• Coordinate general ledger updates and related administrative tasks
• Provide administrative support across various business units including Livestock, Insurance and Real estate

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in administration management, ideally in agriculture or livestock
• Strong financial acumen and familiarity with SAP (highly desirable)
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and support a diverse team
• A background in farming or livestock is a strong advantage
• A flexible, proactive approach and a collaborative mindset
