About the opportunity:
 

Working closely with our Customer Insights lead, the focus of the role will be to solve complex business problems through analysis of large datasets, identifying patterns, trends, and insights to support growth opportunities across the business. In addition you will:
 

• Analyse datasets to create insight, recommendations, actions that will deliver growth.
• Classify customers based on their farm type (segmentation) and identifying and prioritising organic growth opportunities. 
• Identifying and codifying customer data with segmentation information.
• Collaborate with relevant key stakeholders  to create data driven solutions.
• Review marketing activities and understand effectiveness of media channels, campaign outcomes, and ROI vs targets.
• Meet with stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate outcomes and insights, and making recommendations on actions required.
• Developing plans and timelines to complete project deliverables, or to develop insights that will enable a business decision/outcome.

About You:
 

To be successful you must have experienced in a similar role; in addition you will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in a related field
• Experience with Snowflake, Power BI, Python-R, SQL, PowerPivot, Salesforce.
• Intermediate / advanced level in MS Excel.
• Ability to interpret, analyse and question data.
• An excellent eye for detail.
• Organisational skills with logical and methodical in your approach to tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and concise messages.
• Strong math skills and business acumen.
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
