What You'll Do:

Help 4,000+ employees feel informed, well represented, connected and supported.

If you love shaping the employee experience, simplifying complex messages and keeping teams aligned, this role places you at the heart of how Nutrien communicates. 

  • Advise on and deliver best-practice internal communications for people-focused projects, initiatives, and business Town Halls.
  • Lead the development and rollout of communication plans and campaigns to boost employee engagement and business activities.
  • Translate complex or technical information into clear, accessible messages for all employees.
  • Develop and manage engaging content across internal channels, including newsletters, intranet, and digital media.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and Safety teams to support our safety culture and ensure communications are accurate, timely, and effective.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong internal/corporate comms background with excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable managing digital platforms and multi-channel content creation
  • Highly organised with strong prioritisation ability
  • Collaborative, approachable and trusted with sensitive information
  • Curious about data-led improvements and supporting change
