We are seeking an Account Manager Merchandise to join our Midvale, WA branch.
 

About the opportunity:
 

Reporting to the Branch Manager, working both in store and on the road, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing an existing base of customers from the Midvale branch, together with driving new business in order to increase sales revenue. 
 

In addition, you will:
 

• Provide knowledge and support to both existing and new customers.
• Processing sales order administration, stock control, preparing orders for delivery, store merchandising and branch transfers.
• Provide customer service and be the primary contact for key clients regarding product pricing, logistic organisation and product availability.
• Provide a proactive solution-based approach to resolving customer issues.
• Create ongoing relationships with new and existing clients

About You:
 

To be successful, you must demonstrate:
 

• Previous success in a similar role within the fencing, horticultural & livestock sectors (Desirable)
• The ability to develop solid and long-term customer relationships.
• Efficient customer service skills.
• You prefer to adopt a structured approach to your sales activity.
• Gain satisfaction from converting prospects into new business.
   

You must have a clean and current driver’s license.
