Ruralco Water is one of Australia’s most experienced and trusted water broking firms providing a straightforward, honest and professional service to irrigators to assist with managing their water assets and seasonal water requirements.

We are currently offering a rewarding opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our Mildura team. Reporting to our Marketing & Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Water Brokers with direct client engagement, database management, event planning and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibility of the position:

• Contacting customers to assist with their water requirements
• Provide administrative support to the broker team
• Complete Ad hoc administrative tasks
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Plan and coordinate Events and Webinars
• Assist with Direct and Database Marketing
• Data entry
• Phone and emails communications

• A positive attitude and motivation
• Strong Communication skills
• Professional and confident phone manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe applications.
• Willingness to learn about water markets and administration processes (training provided).
