We are currently offering a great opportunity for a driven full-time Receptionist and Property Assistant member to join our team at Mount Gambier. If you have a strong and focused motivation to succeed in the real estate industry, with a high performing team, have social media and marketing skills, combined with exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritise, this is the role you have been looking for.

 

About the role:

Reporting to the Manager the focus of your role will be to support and supplement, the efficient and smooth operations for our busy office and wider Real Estate operation. As the first person that customers contact in our office, you will be responsible for providing a professional service to our customers both face to face and over the telephone. Additionally, your administrative skills will contribute to creating exceptional customer experience.  Focus on Wellbeing and access to the (EAP) Employee Assistant Program.

 

To be successful in the role, you will demonstrate:

  • A passion for real estate
  • Self-motivation to meet all deadlines and be pro-active as tasks arise
  • Previous experience prioritising conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with social media, advertising, banking, expense processing and other administrative tasks
  • Professional phone manner with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Computer savvy, including MS suite. Canva knowledge (advantageous).
  • The ability to grasp new internal systems easily
  • Previous experience working within a team setting
