We are currently seeking a Real Estate Sales Support Administrator to join our leading local team.

 

Employing the best and brightest minds, our business is supported by an extensive network of 4 SAL Branches throughout the southeast of SA and part of the Platinum Ag Group.

 

We are currently offering a great opportunity in a Real Estate Sales Support and Administration role with exceptional attention-to-detail with process improvement capabilities to join Naracoorte’s leading real estate sales team. Learn from the best!

 

About the Role:

Reporting to the Sales Manager you will provide a highly professional service to our Residential and Rural Sales Teams requiring excellent customer service both face to face and over the telephone and have a future desire to evolve into a sales role.

A Social media guru with exceptional marketing flair plus company administration functions that will also form part of your varied responsibilities so a high attention to detail and compliance are key. Priorities can often change in our busy environment so multi-tasking and managing stakeholder expectations will play a key part in your success in this role.

 

About You:

The opportunity will suit a customer focused person with sales ability is organised and process driven who is keen to kick start a rewarding long-term career in the real estate industry.

To be successful you will have:

  • demonstrated experience in marketing and administration within a fast-paced environment.
  • exposure to real estate, financial service or any other sales related activity welcomed. 
  • exceptional customer service skills,
  • the ability to work both independently and part of a team. 
  • high work standards, ethics and integrity and a professional approach to your daily tasks.
  • High competency with MS Office, Word and Social Media plus ability to master our internal software programs in a short time frame.
  • It will be your positive attitude and initiative that will secure you this diverse and rewarding role.
  • A Real Estate Sales Licence is desirable but not essential, however we would expect the successful applicant would be wanting to obtain their sales licence along the way.
