About the Role:
 

Reporting to the Retail Fertiliser Manager, you will provide exceptional customer service through prompt and efficient response to all customer enquiries, as well as accurate and timely processing of internal customer orders for our fertiliser division.
 

In addition, you will:

• Provide assistance to Nutrien Ag Solutions members and affiliates to process fertiliser sales
• Assist customers with invoicing, account issues and claims processing
• Update the system orders for all customer product dispatches once we have received confirmation from warehouses that orders have been dispatched
• Liaise with warehouses as required to follow up on any dispatch queries
• Deal with customers on dispatch queries and investigate claims for credit on short/damaged product deliveries
• Process credits
• Request products write offs where applicable
• Prepare and send customer service monthly update reports
   

A little about you:

To be successful you must demonstrate:

• Previous customer service or sales experience in the agricultural sector
• Be able to work autonomously and in a high-pressure team environment
• Strong written, verbal communication & organisational skills
• Ability to develop rapport quickly with key stakeholder’s ad build on existing long-term relationships
• Strong computer literacy and intermediate MS suite skills
• Experience with Excel & SAP
