What You'll Do:
We are currently seeking a full-time Sales Support Merchandise team member to join our Windsor branch. This is a diverse, all-rounder role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. No two days are the same. You'll be involved in customer service, sales support, warehouse operations, stock management, on-farm deliveries and branch administration, playing a key role in supporting both our customers and the wider team.
- Receiving, unloading, dispatching and organising incoming stock and deliveries
- Completing on-farm deliveries and building strong relationships with local customers
- Providing exceptional customer service through counter sales, customer enquiries and sales order processing
- Supporting day-to-day branch administration, including stock control, ordering, invoicing and receipting
- Assisting with inventory management, stocktakes and price checks to keep the branch running effectively
- Preparing customer orders and helping create an organised, well-presented and welcoming store environment
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to support branch operations and deliver outstanding service to customers
- Contributing to a positive, team-focused culture where safety, respect and customer service are prioritised
What You'll Bring:
- A genuine passion for agriculture and supporting local farming communities
- Previous experience in a customer service, retail, sales or merchandise environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service and develop long-term customer relationships
- A proactive, hands-on approach and strong organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Available to work store operating hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with availability to participate in a rotating Saturday morning roster
- Flexible and willing to support the team during seasonal peak periods when required
- A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively
- A current driver's licence is essential
- A forklift licence is advantageous but not required
