Reporting to the Branch Manager, this key role is centered around delivering an outstanding customer experience and building strong, long-term relationships. Our diverse customer base includes local farmers and primary producers, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring every interaction - whether in store or over the phone - is positive, helpful and memorable.

About the Opportunity:Â
Â
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about agriculture, brings a positive, can-do attitude, and is willing to roll up their sleeves and contribute across all areas of branch operations - including customer service, stock handling and local deliveries. In this role, you will:
Â
- Support customers with pricing, product enquiries and general advice
- Deliver exceptional service, creating a positive and memorable customer experience
- Manage inventory, including stocktakes, replenishment and stock processing
- Process counter sales and assist the broader sales team
- Manage customer orders and support with local on-farm deliveries
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
- Ensure all orders are picked and packed within a timely manner
- Support merchandising, stock presentation and store displays
- Maintain a clean, tidy and well-presented store environment
- Maintain and uphold safety processes and procedures within the branch

What you’ll bring:
Â
- Demonstrated experience in inventory management, stock control, and day-to-day branch or warehouse operations
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to stay organised under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to contribute as part of a team, supporting others where needed
- Well-developed communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach when working with customers and colleagues
- A current driver’s licence
- A forklift ticket will be viewed favourably
