What You'll Do:

 

Reporting to the Merchandise Manager and working as part of a close-knit team, you will provide exceptional customer service, support in-store sales activities, maintain inventory processes, and help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the branch. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, building customer relationships, and contributing to the success of the local agricultural community.

 

  • Manage stock, pick and pack orders
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with product enquiries, pricing requests, and sales transactions
  • Assist with local on-farm deliveries
  • Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Receiving, dispatching, and accurately processing incoming and outgoing goods
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy through regular stock management activities
  • Adhering to workplace health, safety, and compliance procedures at all times
  • Loading and unloading trucks, preparing orders for dispatch, and unpacking deliveries
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the branch and warehouse

What You'll Bring:

 

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or team support role within a fast-paced environment, along with a genuine passion for Australian agriculture and rural communities. In addition, you will demonstrate:

 

  • A proactive approach to your work and strong organisational skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and assist wherever needed
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • A current and valid driver's licence (essential)
  • A forklift licence (desirable)
