What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is responsible for providing support to our Sales team and performing branch administration duties including:

• Provide professional and timely customer service to existing and prospective clients.
• Actively participate in counter sales and stock management
• Maintain a proficient level of knowledge and skill of the range of company products, services and systems.
• Undertake accounts receivable and accounts payable functions within the branch.
• Actively identify and pursue process and procedure improvements to perform duties in an effective and timely manner.
• Manage the merchandise administration with processing of all related sales into the system.
• Collecting and processing all merchandise reports relaying information onto relevant staf
• Provide effective administration support to contribute towards achieving / exceeding sales budget
• Abide by EH&S policies and procedures

What You'll Bring:

• Willingness and ability to carry out tasks that may require reaching above shoulder height from time to time.
• Proactive and accepts responsibility
• Demonstrate a “can do” attitude to change
• Be computer savvy – SAP experience is highly desirable
• Background in administrative or office-based roles
• Experience in handling and managing merchandise
• Customer service experience
• Current motor vehicle licence is advantageous
