What You'll Do:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is responsible for providing support to our Sales team and performing branch administration duties including:
- Provide professional and timely customer service to existing and prospective clients.
- Actively participate in counter sales and stock management
- Maintain a proficient level of knowledge and skill of the range of company products, services and systems.
- Undertake accounts receivable and accounts payable functions within the branch.
- Actively identify and pursue process and procedure improvements to perform duties in an effective and timely manner.
- Manage the merchandise administration with processing of all related sales into the system.
- Collecting and processing all merchandise reports relaying information onto relevant staf
- Provide effective administration support to contribute towards achieving / exceeding sales budget
- Abide by EH&S policies and procedures
What You'll Bring:
To be successful in this role:
- Willingness and ability to carry out tasks that may require reaching above shoulder height from time to time.
- Proactive and accepts responsibility
- Demonstrate a “can do” attitude to change
- Be computer savvy – SAP experience is highly desirable
- Background in administrative or office-based roles
- Experience in handling and managing merchandise
- Customer service experience
- Current motor vehicle licence is advantageous
