We are currently offering a job opportunity with plenty of variety for a Customer Service specialist to join our Smithton team. 
 

About the opportunity:

 

Reporting to the Merchandise Manager, your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Focusing on customer service, processing counter sales, sales order administration, stock control, preparing orders for delivery, store merchandising and deliveries
  • Loading and unloading of trucks, dispatching and unpacking orders and deliveries
  • Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods
  • Maintaining safety processes
  • Maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environment
     

About You:
 

  • Strong focus on customer service and sales
  • Focus on safety for yourself and your workmates
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize the workload whilst ensuring completion of all tasks in a timely manner
  • A current drivers’ license 
  • A MR licence and forklift licence is desirable, not essential, but the successful candidate would be required to obtain a licence.
