What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the branch while building strong customer relationships with local farmers, primary producers and trade customers.

• Assist customers with product questions and pricing, providing clear and friendly service in-store and by phone.
• Manage SAP, inwards goods, pricing, inventory, ordering, deliveries and dispatches to keep stock accurate and moving.
• Process counter sales accurately, handle payments, and answer customer inquiries.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment.
• Support promotional activities, setting up signage and displays to boost product visibility.
• Keep the store tidy and welcoming and greet all customers warmly.
• Load/unload trucks, unpack deliveries, and prepare orders for dispatch with care.
• Occasionally deliver products directly to farms, ensuring timely and professional service.

What You'll Bring:

• Exposure to agriculture, or a genuine interest in the industry and willingness to learn about new products.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service will be highly regarded.
• A self-motivated approach, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
• A willingness to learn all aspects of retail operations and sales, with confidence using computer systems such as SAP.
• A current driver’s licence is required, along with a forklift ticket or willingness to obtain one.
