Sales Agronomy

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and technically skilled Sales Agronomist to join our high-performing team in Timboon. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll work closely with a loyal customer base of innovative farmers, providing agronomic and animal health support that drives productivity, profitability, and sustainability.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver tailored agronomic advice for pasture-based systems, supporting improved forage quality, livestock productivity, and farm sustainability through integrated animal health and nutrition solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with producers by understanding their business goals and supporting performance across both pasture and livestock operations.
• Grow and maintain a strong customer portfolio by providing exceptional service and practical technical input that drives on-farm results.
• Stay up to date with the latest plant and animal health practices, and actively share insights through field days and farmer meetings.
• Work collaboratively within a trusted, knowledgeable team committed to supporting farmers and delivering value across rural communities.

What you’ll bring:

• Ideally some experience in agronomic advisory roles, with exposure to animal health products and services being a bonus
• Solid understanding of agronomy, fertiliser, seed, chemical application, and livestock health, or a strong willingness to learn
• Confident communicator with great negotiation and influencing skills
• A tertiary qualification in Agricultural Science or a related field is preferred
• A current driver’s licence and openness to local travel
