Sales Support Merchandise & Administration

We’re seeking a Sales Support Merchandise & Administration team member for a fixed term part-time role at our Timboon branch. In this hands-on position, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day branch operations managing stock, assisting customers, coordinating deliveries, and handling admin tasks. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering excellent customer service by assisting with pricing, product queries, and counter sales through POS.
• Loading/unloading trucks, unpacking deliveries, and helping with local deliveries.
• Ensuring all tasks are carried out with a strong commitment to safety.
• Assisting with merchandise campaigns and promotional material.

About You:

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy wearing many hats. You’re a team player who’s passionate about Australian agriculture and providing great service. You’ll also bring:

• HR licence (preferred) & Forklift licence (must have)
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication skills to build lasting customer relationships
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
