About the opportunity:

We have a unique opportunity for a driven Insurance leader to take their career to the next step.

 

Reporting to the Southern Insurance Manager for the East Region, the role will help drive our sales strategy, financial performance and overall business plan for the division.

 

Your strong customer and sales focus will support your team in retention whilst maintaining a a strong focus on building and obtaining new markets.  You will also ensure that all compliance and regulatory matters are managed inline with Company, Supplier and legislative requirements.

 

About You:

  • Strong experience within the Insurance and/or Finance sector
  • Proven people management skills (including ability to manage remote sales force)
  • High level communication and presentation skills
  • Sales Driven, and a strong customer service focus
  • Minimum Tier 1 Insurance Broking - Diploma in Insurance Broking preferred
  • Understanding of the broader Rural Services environment with Australia (desired but not mandatory)
  • Drivers Licence (Mandatory)
