Plant Nutrition Marketing Manager

What you will do:

• Collaborate with Division Management and Loveland Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase LPI plant nutrition products across Division
• Integrate and position LPI plant nutrition products into customer business plans
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of LPI plant nutrition products features, benefits and use
• Coach, train, mentor and motivate sales staff within division to deliver LPI Plant Nutrition sales targets and margin objectives
• Establish trial/plot plans across all locations and designate plot tour activities
• Provide product, technology and agronomic knowledge through training at meetings, field days, plots, and one-on-one with LPI plant nutrition products personnel

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Ag Related field preferred; High School diploma/GED required
• 5+ years of experience in agriculture, specifically seed market
• Experience with training, coaching, and influencing others
• Thorough knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the agriculture industry
